Alex was the last of our spring birthday's. We had four of the six birthdays in our family in a three week period, Wow it was a busy fun time. Alex wanted a karate birthday at Bushi Ban where he takes lessons.
It was time for another creative cake. This was my most challenging cake yet, have you ever tried to make a karate guy cake? Well Alex loved it especially the black belt and the robin egg eyes. He got to cut the cake with a big Samuri Sword. What a fun day.
Alex and Katherine now have braces. They are growing up so fast. It is a two stage process, they wear them for about a year now, then again at about 12 yrs old. They were so excited to pick the color of their elastics. It only hurt for the first few days and now they hardly complain.
Katherine watching Alex get his braces on. She was very excited and wanted to know everything that was happening.
